Training seminars on the operation and maintenance of reciprocating compressors

We offer our clients and partners training seminars on operation and maintenance of reciprocating compressors used in all sectors of the oil and gas industry. The seminars are conducted by our specialists with decades of industry experience, ready to share exclusive knowledge and expertise.

The course program includes theoretical and practical sessions. We discuss nuances of compressor operation in various operating conditions, how to ensure trouble-free operation and properly perform maintenance. We also provide practical knowledge on performing maintenance operations, installation/removal of parts and assemblies, measurement operations and defect detection.

The training program is divided into two courses: basic and practical. By additional agreement, the program of each course can be supplemented, taking into account the specifics of the Customer's equipment and operating facility.

Upon completion of the Basic Course, participants will gain knowledge about:

1. Design and operating principle of compressor unit, equipment and systems included in the unit.
2. Methods of capacity control and unit condition monitoring.
3. Factors affecting the reliability of the unit and its equipment, as well as how to detect, investigate and prevent equipment failures.
4. Compressor maintenance procedure and regulations.
5. Methods of repair and restoration of key compressor components.

Upon completion of the Practical Course, participants will gain skills in performing scheduled maintenance operations:

1. Correct methods of component disassembly/assembly.
2. Procedures for restoring wear parts
3. Use of measuring tools.
4. Component rejection parameters.
5. Determining causes of component wear/damage.
