The company ХЁРБИГЕРСЕРВИС LTD was founded on April 22, 2022 and from the very beginning has been actively engaged in production, service and engineering activities in the field of gas compression.

One of our key areas of work is diagnostics, repair, restoration and manufacturing of consumable parts. At the same time, we continue developing in compressor valve design and sizing for changing operating conditions and gas composition.

An important stage in our development was the creation and implementation of active valve control and capacity regulation systems , which significantly improved equipment efficiency.

With the expansion of production and technological cycles when performing work at customer sites, we saw increasing need for vibration measurements, comprehensive diagnostics and, as a result, preparation of recommendations for increasing reliability and eliminating causes of equipment failure.

This, in turn, led to the creation of unique methods for acoustic, torsional and strength analysis. Based on these, we developed specialized software and established a separate department in the company structure for calculations and diagnostics of reciprocating equipment from various manufacturers.

The next stage of development became project support and expertise - from drafting technical specifications to commissioning, including reviewing and correcting technical requirements, P&ID`s, drawings, equipment acceptance at all production stages, and commissioning oversight.

One of our priority tasks is training specialists in reciprocating compressor equipment. We conduct lectures, seminars and production classes for mechanics and engineers, both at our facilities and in cooperation with educational institutions, ensuring a high level of personnel training.

Another area of the company's activity is compressor equipment and spare parts supply for PET blow molding. We guarantee high product quality and provide professional support at all stages of cooperation.
