Reciprocating compressor valves manufacturing and repair
We ensure optimal operation and extended service life of your compressor valves.

Our production facility has all necessary equipment for manufacturing, assembly and leak testing of reciprocating compressor valves.
We manufacture:
- Valves with steel sealing plates
- Valves with polymer sealing plates
- Valves with ring sealing elements or ring valves
- Poppet valves
- Concentric valves of all types
We perform complete valve repairs:
- Seat and guard repair
- We install new rebuild kits (sealing plates or rings and springs)
- Application of Xylan coating to prevent deposit build-up
The warranty period for repaired equipment is 12 (twelve) months from the date of commissioning or 8000 operating hours, but no more than 16 (sixteen) months from the date of signing the work acceptance certificate. In case any defects are discovered during the warranty period that prevent normal operation, the warranty period is extended until these defects are eliminated.
For both manufacturing and repair, we perform mathematical modeling of valve operation in your compressor at current operating conditions and select appropriate working elements for optimal valve operation and extended service life.
Valve repair process
From diagnostics to perfect condition: complete valve repair cycle
- 1
Reception, disassembly, defect detection
This process evaluates the valve's technical condition, operating conditions and causes of element failures.
- 2
Washing in special solution
After washing, the condition of seats, guards and fasteners can be more accurately assessed, and damage hidden by contamination can be seen.
- 3
Shot blasting
Shot blasting is required to completely remove possible corrosion areas, prepare surfaces for coating application and reduce the risk of damage from corrosion and erosion.
- 4
Color and magnetic particle inspection
Inspection allows detection of hidden defects (small cracks) in valve body parts.
- 5
Machining
This stage involves restoration of sealing and mounting surfaces of seats and guards.
- 6
Demagnetization
Demagnetization is required for complete parts cleaning after machining and proper operation of moving metal valve parts.
- 7
Assembly, dimensional control
The valve is assembled with new consumable parts: sealing plate, springs, centering pins.
- 8
Leak testing
Valves undergo pressure testing - the final quality control stage of repair. Pressure differential across the valve and air flow through the valve are measured during this procedure.
- 9
Marking, packaging, preparation for shipment
Valves that pass final inspection are marked and prepared for shipment to the customer's warehouse. Packaging ensures valve protection and corrosion prevention.
- 10
Application of anti-corrosion/anti-maltose coating
Optionally, before valve assembly, Xylan coating can be applied to seats and guards to prevent deposit buildup and provide additional protection. This is relevant for valves operating in aggressive environments.
